Our Oil
Cultivated in the mountains of Jalaad, Jordan—a region where olives have been grown for millennia, as evidenced by the Roman oil presses that dot the area. Our oil, made from indigenous varieties, is extracted within hours of harvest from trees nourished solely by rainwater, delivering a pure yet complex taste
